"Mum was diagnosed with inoperable bowel cancer and, as her health started to deteriorate and her energy waned, we all recognised that she needed help to ensure she could continue living at home.

Word of Mouth Care were recommended to us and we all immediately clicked with Brenda and the team.

They started by visiting every morning to help mum get up and ready for the day. However, at her request, this quickly progressed into three visits a day and they were incredibly flexible and understanding about the additional help needed.

Mum tended to perk up as soon as they walked in the door and looked forward to their visits – enjoying a giggle even during the most personal of care visits.

When other health professionals let us down, Brenda and the team were our rock: calm, professional and trustworthy but always with a big smile on their faces and a warm hug when times were tough.
